Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to be home during the visit?
Nope! As long as we can access the yard (unlocked gate or gate code), we'll handle everything and send you a photo confirmation when we're done.
What do you do with the waste?
Everything is double-bagged. We can place it in your outdoor trash bin or haul it away — whichever you prefer. Just let us know when you sign up.
Is it safe for my dog to be in the yard while you work?
Friendly pups are always welcome to supervise! If your dog is anxious, protective, or reactive around strangers, we ask that they stay inside during our visit for everyone's safety.
What happens when it rains?
Texas weather does its thing. If severe weather makes your yard unsafe or unserviceable, we'll reschedule to the next available day at no extra charge.
Do I have to sign a contract?
Never. All plans are month-to-month. Pause for vacation, switch plans, or cancel anytime with a quick call or text.
My yard hasn't been cleaned in… a while. Can you help?
That's our specialty! A one-time clean (starting at $30, priced by yard size and buildup) gets you back to zero. Most catch-up customers switch to weekly service afterward to keep it that way.
